Sorry about the delay on the workouts everyone.

I am still beta testing a couple of new things and want to get it right before I put it online.

Here’s the plan:

  • 3 resistance training workouts per week as before
  • Workouts designed to be performed Mon/Wed/Fri
  • Articles will be posted in the afternoon of the day prior – Sun/Tues/Thurs

I’m not going to go into specifics of the workout with this post. Later in the week, I will give you a better idea
