@healthhabits isn’t about ruining your health in the pursuit of a perfect six-pack & bodacious booty
uality of life is determined by our habits. The small choices we make, day in and day out, adding up over time.
At @healthhabits, we bring together the best scientific & real world research to help all of us make better health habits.
For some of us, that may mean combining the latest exercise science with cutting-edge nutrition research to create the strongest, fastest, most powerful bodies possible.
For others, it may mean developing techniques to overcome chronic conditions…or reduce chronic pain…or minimize the effects of menopause…or andropause.
For others, it may involve finding better ways to cope with mental health issues…or improving motivational skills…or improving brain power…or even just learning how to be happier in our own skin.
@healthhabits isn’t one-size-fits-all. What works for you may not work for me.
