I am a big fan of the Paleo Diet. Unfortunately, I am not a big fan of most Paleo Diet books.

They’re either way too simplistic or way too scienc-y to ever get the kind of mainstream acceptance that Paleo deserves.

To try and help fix that problem, I decided to take a stab at writing a more mainstream-friendly introduction to the Paleo Diet.

I call it… A Paleo Diet for the 21st Century…and if you’re interested in picking up a free copy of this soon to be classic ebook, enter your name and email into the form below…and we’ll get the pdf to you asap.

  1. Looks like a good read. Although I personally like the books that are too science-y (but that’s just me. I do agree with you that most people aren’t like that lol).

Love the picture, by the way! lol

  2. bro
i have tried like 8 times but keeps saying i messed up the captcha code
can you email me the book

  3. Thanks. A very good read. I passed it on (and your site) to others and all have been interested. Saves running my mouth.

  4. i really enjoyed it, my trainer turned me to paleo and it’s worked really well, and this will help even more.
    thx alot !!

  5. Thanks a lot for the book. I am currently battling a rare autoimmune disease and am willing to try anything that may help me get my body back into homeostasis. Do you have any resources or advice that pertains directly to autoimmune diseases and diet?

    Thanks again

    1. Ian

My only experience with autoimmune diseases has been fibromyalgia and that experience has been limited to exercise protocols for pain reduction.

Anything beyond that is outside of my scope of knowledge, but seeing as you have piqued my interest, I am going to do a little research and if/when I find something worthwhile, I will forward it or post about it.

      Best of luck

    1. The autorespond email must be getting caught in your spam filter. I am emailing you another copy – book is attached as pdf

  10. i really do love to help people and this free offer is good because i have people that do want to diet. Please send it to me

  11. just read it. i wish my gym shared this with us when we 1st started crossfit and paleo. it has answered a lot of the questions i had, and makes it seem a little less daunting. this is a much more welcome introduction to the paleo lifestyle then being shown all the diehard, strictly paleo sites and guidelines. thank you!
