According to the Boston Globe, Boot Camps are the “newest, trendy way to get into shape.”


I hate trendy.

And yet, I think boot camps are a great idea.

  • Intense workouts
  • Rapid weight loss
  • Fun, challenging workouts
  • The shared experience reduces the drop-out rate

But of course, Health Habits can do it better.
